Gronland Records online store is an in-house operation; therefore, we deal with all your orders personally from packing the parcel to taking it to the post office and putting a stamp on it. We will treat each order fairly and securely making sure it reaches you swiftly and safely.

We dispatch all orders to the UK through the Royal Mail’s First Class postal service and can deliver to anywhere in the world even Greenland! Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer the option of a “recorded delivery” but hope to incorporate it in to our site shortly.

As we are based in the UK we have to use the currency of Stirling throughout our transactions, however, if your buying outside the UK the currency converter link will give a close approximation of what you will be spending.

To do this securely and ensure that the transaction is completely safe and private we use Pay Pal, which is an internationally renowned company that allows individuals and businesses to send and receive money online from all over the world. In order to purchase goods from Gronland all you need to do is set up a Pay Pal account. It is quick and easy to do and will allow you also to safely shop from many other businesses across the globe, just follow the simple instructions at Pay Pal.

If you should have difficulties setting up an account Pay Pal has a very efficient customer service department that will be more than willing to help. Failing that if you have any other questions or comments, please send them to The Bear and he will be happy to help.

Everything bought from the website is brand new, therefore, we will do our up most to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition. If for any reason the product purchased reaches you in any other condition than pristine, then please contact us again via The Bear, typing Stock Problem in the subject line and then clearly describing the nature of the problem.

We will respond to all problems informing you how to return your product in order to receive a replacement. However, we are unable to refund any products whether they are faulty or simply because they are not to taste. With regards to the fragile nature of CD jewel cases, if one should crack in the post, please let us know and we will gladly send you a replacement.
